For items purchased at blendSMART.com, Sephora.com or through any authorized retailer or professional, each blendSMART product comes with a warranty against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal everyday personal use of our products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. Our warranty covers the following components from the original purchase date (proof of purchase required):
- Automated handle (excluding battery) – 1 year
- Interchangeable brush heads – 6 months
WARNING: USE OF ANY NON-CERTIFIED BRUSH HEAD OR HANDLE WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE blendSMART AUTOMATED BRUSH SYSTEM. Additionally, purchasing blendSMART from an unauthorized dealer will void any and all warranties.
If you discover a defect and notify us within the warranty period, your warranty options are as follows:
- For items purchased on blendSMART.com, you may return the defective item to us for an exchange or receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase excluding shipping and handling.
- For items purchased on Sephora.com or through any authorized retailer or professional, you may return the defective item to us for a new replacement.
Warranty claims require you to return the item to us for a visual inspection along with a proof of purchase. For other terms and conditions, please see the return information below.
If your brush head is not spinning when the switch is in the “on” position, please make sure of the following:
- Battery is installed correctly. The positive (+) side goes in first.
- Bottom cap to the battery compartment is screwed on completely.
- Battery has power. Replace with another battery.
If your brush head starts spinning too slowly, it is probably time to replace the battery. Use only a CR123A lithium non-rechargeable battery, which are available at big box retailers, grocery stores, drug stores, and battery stores.
For any items being returned under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you must follow the steps below and ship them within 30 days of your purchase.
For defective items being returned under our warranty, you must follow the steps below within the allowed warranty period in order to receive a replacement:
- Any returns must be shipped in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit and please mark reason for return.
- Warranty exchanges should be clearly marked “WARRANTY EXCHANGE” on the shipping box
- Unprotected envelopes will not be refunded

Processing time for warranty exchanges is 2-3 business days from the time the returned item is received. Processing time for returns usually takes 5-10 business days from the time the returned item is received.
Please note that Worth Beauty does not permit the return of or offer refunds or replacement items for:
- Products purchased beyond the Guarantee or Warranty period
- Packages missing components or inadequate protection
- Your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error
